Geo436.com blog: Ten killed in Sher Shah; toll in last eight hrs reaches 17

Geo436 KARACHI: Wave of killings in the metropolis that started Saturday evening has claimed more lives today and 17 more fell prey in last eight hours, Geo News reported Tuesday.

At least ten people were killed and several injured in Sher Shah bazaar by some unidentified gunmen and runaway. Witnesses told that six attackers came on bike and opened firing on people in Kabaari market.

Two people were killed in Orangzeb Market near Jama Cloth Market. Abid Baloch and Salim Baloch died on the spot.

Nawaz Khaskhaili was killed in Ranchor Line. Another man was shot dead in Orangi Town. He was later identified as Hameed Sarbazi.

Firing in Garden and Malir areas claimed two more lives and hurt many. Business was shut and traffic was very thin in Malir 15 area.
