Geo436.com blog: Ijaz Butt on foot over ICC warning

Geo 436 LAHORE: International Cricket Council (ICC) set an ultimatum to the PCB to implement a series of effective anti-corruption measures in its domestic set-up within 30 days [from October 13].

Disturbed by the ICC ultimatum, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chief Ijaz Butt, who earlier may not have been to Gaddafi Stadium at PCB headquarters on Sundays, turned up there yesterday owing to the ICC warning.

He spent Sunday at his office and met Chief Selector Mohsin Khan and later he met other selectors also.

Butt also had meetings with Director Academy and national team's manager Intikhab Alam, Director International Cricket Zakir Khan and General Manager Subhan Ahmed.

These meeting will continue today as well.
