Geo 436 FAISALABAD: Punjab Minister for Law Rana Sanaullah, reacting to MQM Chief Altaf Hussain's statement, said politics for the downtrodden and common people cannot be carried out from London and 'no poor man can live such a lavish life there.' Talking exclusively to Geo News here Sunday, he said the case of Karachi will be kept in view to determine the percentage of how many feudals and landlords have been hijacking the power, and also of those being ruled by them. These facts will be put before the people, he added. "Nobody is restricting any political party from carrying out its activities in Punjab and we welcome MQM in the province," Rana Sanaullah said. He said whatever MQM says represents its own perspective; the acid test will be the number of votes cast in its favour. It will be fair if anyone buys their standpoint, because that is exactly what democratic process is all about, he added.
