Nuclear neighbors have no option except talks: Qureshi

Geo 436 MULTAN: Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said that dialogue is the only option for nuclear Pakistan and India and urged India to sit on the table for talks. Talking to media after attending the 10th convocation of Bahauddin Zakaria University in Multan on Saturday Qureshi said that the United States has been serious for the talks between Pakistan and India. However, the process of back-channel parleys with India faces difficulties. Replying to a question about water, Qureshi said Pakistan is getting 17 percent of water from River Kabul and other water sources. We had asked Afghanistan to chalk out a mechanism in this connection just like Indus water treaty exists between Pakistan and India.
