PM Gilani leaves for Bhutan


GEO 436 ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani has said Pakistan accords great importance to SAARC and during his visit he will work towards making the South Asian countries regional group functional and active. Talking to newsmen before his leaving for Kathmandu Gilani said during his visit he will meet heads of governments of various countries to discuss bilateral and regional issues. Federal ministers, members of parliament, chairman joint chiefs of staff committee and naval and air chiefs were present at the airport. Prime Minister Gilani will stay overnight at Khathmandu, Nepal on his way to Bhutan.
