Geo436.com blog: Massive price hike at Utility outlets

Geo 436 ISLAMABAD: The prices of daily commodities including edible ghee, cooking oil, sugar, pulses, flour and etc. have surged immensely at Utility outlets after increase in PoL prices, Geo News reported.

Utility Stores Corporation (USC) has raised prices of cooking oil and edible ghee by Rs.6 per kilogram at its outlets.

Consequently, cooking oil and utility ghee would sell at Rs.136/kg from Thursday at utility stores all across Pakistan.

Spokesman USC Mansoor Ghauri talking to Geo News linked inflation in oil prices to surge in palm oil price at international market.
