Passenger arrested for keeping electric circuits

GEO 436 KARACHI: A suspected passenger was arrested on Sunday by airport security staff over recovery of electric circuits found hidden in the cavities of his shoes. He was to travel to Muscat through an international airline. According to airport authorities, connecting explosives with the found electric circuits could prepare a bomb. Geo correspondent said the arrested person is a resident of Karachi and is a civil engineer by profession.
