Mercury rises to record high at 54 degrees in Moenjo Daro


GEO 436 KARACHI: Most parts of the country are in the grips of a scorching heat wave, as temperature has shot up to 54 degrees centigrade in Moenjo Daro while rest of the Larkana and Nawabshah withstand a mercury level at 52 degrees centigrade. The heat wave has broken a 16-year record of temperature in the above parts of the country, according to the Met Office.
