Geo436.com blog: No summary regarding Article 45 received: SC

Geo436 ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court (SC) has denied reports saying that the Law Ministry submitted any summary regarding Article 45, which empowers the president to pardon, Geo News reported.

Registrar Supreme Court told Geo News that no such summary has been received by the office of the SC. Meanwhile, sources in the ministry have also rebuffed such reports.
