Geo436.com blog: Abbas may resign if peace talks fail

Geo436 RAMALLAH: The head of Palestinian Authority Mahmoud Abbas may resign if peace talks with Israel fail, a Jordan source said on Thursday.

He said, Abbas may raise the issue during the Arab League session which is to take place in Libya”s city of Sirte this Friday.

The League is to discuss further talks with Israel after it had refused to extend a moratorium on constructing its settlements in the West Bank.
