Geo436 LAHORE: LHC chief justice Khwaja Mohammad Sharif said those in judiciary who accept references and take kickbacks were cursed, Geo News reported. When CJP Iftikhar Chaudhry could refuse to the generals, so, other judges also should not get scared of anything. He was addressing candidates of Punjab Judicial Academy at prize distribution ceremony. LHC CJ denied allegations of any type of influence and pressure in appointment of civil judges. Justice Khwaja praised the CJP for his bravery to refuse serving army generals and said that the judges in lower judiciary should also follow him. He also advised them to observe calm if lawyer misbehave with them.
