Geo436 Staff Report ISLAMABAD: The Core Committee of Pakistan People's Party (PPP) has decided on principle to defend President Asif Ali Zardari in Swiss cases and inform the Supreme Court about his constitutional immunity as the head of the state. The meeting of the PPP Core Committee, headed by Presiden Asif Ali Zardari, was held on Wednesday in the Presidency, Islamabad. During the meeting, the Core Committee decided that democratic and parliamentary systems will be further strengthened while making sure that all institutes are fully respected.
