Breaking News Unidentified persons kill Mian Iftikhar’s son

CNews Noshehra: Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa Information Minister Mian Iftikhar Hussain’s son Mian Rashid has been killed and nephew Mian Amjad sustained injuries when unidentified persons opened fire on them in Noshehra on Saturday.
According to Awaz Apni News correspondent, two unidentified persons opened fire in which 25-year-old Mian Rashid was killed in Pabbi Shair Garhi, an area of Noshehra. Mian Rashid’s friend was also injured in the incident. Mian Rashid was walking in front of his house when the attacker targeted him. Sources said that Mian Rashid had received threats from unidentified persons. Mian Rashid had offered to provide security but he rejected the offer.
Mian Rashid and his cousin have been shifted to Lady Reading Hospital. Police cordoned off the area and arrested four suspicious persons.
Federal Minister Bashir Bilour while talking to CNews News strongly condemned the incident. He said that terrorists want to destabilize the country. He said that terrorists can’t demoralize us.
ANP leader Asfandyar Wali while talking to CNews News said that it was a cowardly incident and terrorists would not be succeeded in their purpose. He said that terrorism would be defeated.
PM Gilani telephoned Mian Iftikhar Hussain and condoled the killing of his son. Interior Minister Rehman Malik and MQM leader Altaf Hussain condemned the incident.

KP minister’s son shot dead in Nowshehra

Geo 436 NOWSHEHRA: Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Information Minister Mian Iftikhar Hussain’s son has been gunned down in Nowshehra, CNews reported Saturday. Mian Rashid Hussain, 27, was the only son of Hussain. Hussain was out for routine shopping in a local bazaar, where miscreants opened indiscriminate fire on him before fleeing. Police informed CNews that Rashid succumbed to injuries in the hospital. However, eyewitness said that Hussain’s son died on the spot. According to reports, Mian Iftikhar Hussain has been receiving death threats from the Taliban militants. Interior Minister Rehman Malik, condemning the murder of Rashid, has paid tribute to the bravery of Mian Iftikhar Hussain. Speaking to CNews, ANP leader Haji Adeel expressed grief over death of Hussain’s son but expressed the resolve to continue fight against terrorist. MQM chief Altaf Hussain has condemned the killing of Mian Iftikhar's Hussain's son. Mian Iftikhar's nephew, Amjad Hussain, who sustained bullets wounds, has been shifted to Lady Reading hospital, Peshawar. The deceased Hussain was the deputy director in Peshawar Development Authority. President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani, Punjab Chief Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif, Nawaz Sharif and other political leaders have bitterly condemned the untimely killing of Iftikhar's son.
